SMART WELLBEING "Empowering by Innovation" As We Are -  Visual Arts

METATHERAPY  - ARTS - FRACTAL - KINETIC - GENETIC

In the report of November 2019, the World Health Organization states that Art is beneficial for health, both physical and mental. If the philosophers were the first to sense its impact on our existence, their theses are now confirmed by neurosciences, which reveal to us how Art sculpts and caresses our brain.

For millennia, Mathematics has cradled the history, culture and oral tradition of ancient civilizations.

METATHERAPY is a newcomer form of Artistic visual animation based on the Matrix of Geometrics Fractals pattern & Binary code.

An innovative orchestration which combines Mathematics, Emerging Technologies such as Artificial intelligence (AI), Virtual reality (VR), Augmented reality (AR), cloud, edge computing to create precise healing products & Immersive experiences to facilitate Healing, Relaxation, MentalHealth & support people in their environment & daily Life. The concept is based on the principles of Emotional Intelligence (EI) to create innovative smart solutions,

the aim is to reduce stress, anxiety, depression, Inhibition, phobias... , improve sleep, improve cognitive performance, and promote Personal Development.

The Word “Fractal” was officially introduced by Benoit Mandelbrot (Mathematician), from the Latin root "Fractus" (Broken/Irregular).

A fractal is an "infinitely fragmented" geometric object whose details are observable at an arbitrarily chosen scale.

In Euclidean Geometry a polygon is a plane geometric figure formed of a broken line (Fractus) (also called polygonal line) closed, that is to say of a cyclic sequence of consecutive segments. A fractal is a subset of Euclidean space.

The ancient civilizations in Traditional practice used Fractals to Harmonize individuals with their environment.

Over time, we find the same geometric patterns throughout history, Culture, Architecture, Decoration ...

Harvard Medical School studies shows that the electrical signal profiles of the Human nervous system follow Fractal patterns. It seems as if our minds possess the natural inborn propensity to recognize and resonate with fractals (Geometry of Human Body).

Looking at fractal shapes of mid-range complexity generates a sense of Well-being and Peace in the observer.

Art has the power to absorb the mind and reduce anxiety. Abstract art bypasses the conscious mind of "meaning-making". Geometries like mandalas have been shown in clinical studies to reduce stress, lower blood pressure; reduce depression, ease the pain,  improve sleep, cognitive performance, attention, reduce stress and strengthens the immune system.

The Word "GUIDIMAXA"  origin come from "GUID" (Globally Unique Identifier), a term from computer jargon to usually designate a unique identifier for a software component & "MAXA" Latin, the maximum & also represent the Function MAXA in Microsoft Excel (the largest value contained in an argument list)
